House Rules

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Reception: Staff on-site 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After hours: self check-in via key lockbox.

Before arrival: Email your estimated arrival time and IDs for all guests to receive the lockbox code. Flexible hours on request (extra charge).

At check-in: Valid ID for all guests (including minors) and a credit card for guarantee are required.

City tax: €2.00 per person/night.

INCLUDED AMENITIES

Free outdoor parking.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer.

Dishwasher and washing machine (allowed until 10:00 PM).

Bed linen, towels, crockery, and cookware provided.

Pool: 2 loungers + 1 umbrella per apartment (subject to availability).

Sauna: Upon reservation (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Note: Located in the hills, 2.5 km from the nearest supermarket (Coop). Grocery shopping before arrival is highly recommended.

CLEANING & LINEN

Apartments are delivered spotless. Kitchen and dishes must be left clean at check-out (fees: €30 for dishes / €50 for the whole kitchen).

Included housekeeping:
> 7 nights: 1 mid-week cleaning + full linen change.
4-6 nights: 1 mid-stay towel change only.
≤ 3 nights: No mid-stay service.

EXTRA SERVICES (24H NOTICE REQUIRED)

Extra cleaning + linen change: €80

Extra linen change: €30

Baby cot: €25/night | Extra bed: €45/night

Pets: Small pets allowed on request (forbidden in pool/garden areas).

PARTNER SERVICES (Subject to availability)

Grand Hotel Arenzano (2.5 km): Buffet breakfast €15/person. 10% discount at Restaurant & Spa (booking: spa@gharenzano.it).

Marina Piccola Beach (3 km | June 1 – Sept 13): Accessible via stone steps. Must be requested at booking. Daily station (1 umbrella + 2 loungers): €55. Extra lounger/cabin: €15.

Puntabella San Martino Pool (June 1 – Sept 13): Accessible by funicular (free pass available at reception). Must be requested at booking. Daily station (1 umbrella + 2 loungers): €45.

HOUSE RULES

Quiet hours: Absolute silence from 11:00 PM.

Smoking: Strictly forbidden in all indoor and common areas.

Use: Tourist residential use only; parties and events are forbidden.

Keys: €50 penalty charge for lost keys.

Departure: Please dispose of waste in the outdoor bins and leave used linen on the bathroom floor.
